Spring Break Workouts

Alright everyone.... here are some links to websites that have good swim workouts. Do your best to get into the water a few times over spring break. Taking a whole week off is not a smart thing to do. You will be amazed at how quickly your body starts to fall out of shape.

http://www.dynoswim.com/searchWorkouts.php This is by far one of my favorite sites. Fill in the information that you want from the drop down menus (you will be swimming in a short course yards pool for pool type). You don't have to fill in everything, just pool type, workout category, and approx. time you want to swim and it brings up a TON of workouts for you to look at.
