I promised to post pictures of the jacket and parka, and so I am finally doing it. I am still working out what I want the embroidery to look like on the back, but here is what they look like without anything on them....

April 24th Lineup

April 17th meet

The lineup has been posted for this weekend. There are A LOT of people not swimming due to the fact that they are missing too many practices. GET TO PRACTICE!!!!

Swim-a-thon Friday April 23rd

We are having our swim-a-thon next Friday. Everyone is expected to participate and needs to raise at least $25 dollars. This is to help pay for things like shirts, caps, meet entries, etc. Those who raise more money can earn other prizes (details on the form). So print off your swim-a-thon form and start getting pledges TODAY!!!

Spring Break Workouts

Alright everyone.... here are some links to websites that have good swim workouts. Do your best to get into the water a few times over spring break. Taking a whole week off is not a smart thing to do. You will be amazed at how quickly your body starts to fall out of shape.

http://www.dynoswim.com/searchWorkouts.php This is by far one of my favorite sites. Fill in the information that you want from the drop down menus (you will be swimming in a short course yards pool for pool type). You don't have to fill in everything, just pool type, workout category, and approx. time you want to swim and it brings up a TON of workouts for you to look at.

Heritage Park Pool

For those of you who are wondering where the pool we are swimming at on Saturday is... the address is 310 S. Racetrack Rd., Henderson.
The easiest way for people to get there is to take the 95 south, exit on Horizon and turn left, follow Horizon (it will cross Boulder Highway and turn into Racetrack). Take Racetrack until you see the pool (indoor pool). If you hit Burkholder Bld. you've gone too far.

March 20th Meet

Permission Forms

For those of you who said they could get the medical and field trip forms offline, they are now posted. You need BOTH of them and must turn them in ASAP!!

Meet Schedule

I have finally recieved the meet schedule for this season. So print it out and give it to your parents. There are meet times as well as bus times on the schedule. EVERYONE must ride the bus to and from swim meets, no exceptions. This is a new rule they are enforcing this year so plan on having your parents drop you off at the school and pick you up from the school.

Also, if you haven't turned in your athletic packet yet, you might not be swimming on the first day of practice. Mr. Eurich will be out of town the end of next week, so if he doesn't have your packet by Tuesday, you won't be swimming the first few days. Get those packets in!!

The order form is posted, so make sure you print it off and get money to the banker ASAP. The bottom of the order form comes back to me by the end of the first week of practice.

DON'T FORGET TO GET ATHLETIC PACKETS COMPLETE AND TURNED INTO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE ASAP!!! You do not swim without one!

IMPORTANT INFO!!!

Make sure to get your athletic packet complete and turned in ASAP. Athletic packets can be purchased from the banker. If you already played a sport this year, go down to the athletic office and get your name transfered over to the swimming list.

If you are not on my list you do not swim!! The earlier you get your packet turned in the better.

Welcome 2010 swimmers!!!

I'm excited to have you all for the 2010 season. I will be utilizing this website throughout the season to post important documents, info, etc. I will use it to keep a running update of swimmers times as well as points. Basically I'm getting rid of all the paper that all you past swimmers have seen.
Make sure you check back often for updates and important documents that you will need.
To start, make sure you download the General Info and Contract pages (link to the right) and get the contract signed and turned back in.
